F INAL JUDGMENT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE This cause came on for trial the 15th day of July, 1976, and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This .Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subjeet matter of this suit; that the relationship of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is, thereupon ~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as f o1l.ows ; - 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between THEODORE i - ~ ROOSEVELT GILCHRIST and SALLY MAE GILCHRIST be and the same is hereby ~ ~ ~ dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed t . t ~ from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from : ~ ~ ~ the obligations arising therefrom. ~ 2. CUSTODY. Custody of the three minor children, to-wit: ~ ~ THEODORE ROOSEVELT GILCHRIST, JR., age 15 years, BRENDA RENIA GILCHRIST, ~ ~ age 14 years and PATRICIA MICHELLE GILCHRIST, age 10 years, is given ~ - to the Wife with reasonable rights of visitation reserved to the ; Husband. That commencing on the 23rd day of July, 1976, ° i'S S ~ the sum of Ten ($10.00) Dollars each and every week per child, the ~ Husband shall pay to the Wife for the support of the minor children 5Y ~ named above.
