O R D E R
~ This cause came on for reconsideration on the Wife's Motion for
Amendment of the Final Judgment, and the Court having the benefit of
written argument of counsel and being otherwise fully advised in the
premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Paragraph 5 of the Final Judgment con-
cerning the marital residence and Paragraph 1 of the Order dated July
1976, are hereby amended to remove the $15,000.00 limitation on the

; proceeds to the Wife, and to reflect that the Husband and Wife are tenants
. -
; in common as of the date of the Final Judgment, pursuant to Florida law,
; and further that the Husband will be given a credit for the mortgage
~
f payments and repair expenses at the time of sale, partition or other
€
; distribution of the marital residence. It is further
~

~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that except as to the dissolution of marriage
~
~
i
~ granted in this Judgment, this Court specifically reserves jurisdiction
~
~ of this entire matter to enter any further orders that may be equitable,
a

s appropriate and just. Further, both parties are ordered to take what-
' ever action is reasonable and necessary to, and conduct themselves in a
~
~
a
~ manner conducive with, carrying out the intent and purpose of this Judg-
ment. ~
