CONTINUATION of Financin` Stat~ment (or Security Agreement) Inc!uding Incrcases a~d Proceeds, dat~d July 6, 1976
The NW ~ of Section 4, Township 37 South, Range 38 East, subject to a
roadway easement over any part thereof lying within 30 feet of the center
line of an existing road running northerly-southerly near the east side
thereof, said road center line being described as follows: Begin at the
South quarter corner of said Section 4, run thence Northerly to a point
49 feet East of the North quarter corner of said Section 4. '
Md that part of the S'~ of SW ~ and of the SW~ of SE~ of Section 33,
Township 36 South, Range 38 East, lying South of the center line of an
existing canal running easterly-westerly near the South side thereof and
lying West of the center line of an existing road 60 feet in width running
northerly-southerly, said parcel being more particularly described as:
Begin at the Southwest corner of said Section 33, run thence North 66 feet,
more or less, to the center line of said canal, thence Easterly along
said center line 2666.17 feet, more or less, to the center line of an
existing road 60 feet in width, thence Southerly along said center line
99.~Z feet, more or less, to the South line of said Section 33, thence West
; 49 feet, more or less, along the section line to the South quarter corner ,

feet, more or less, to the point of beginning; subject to a roadway easement

to a point 49 feet East of the North quarter corner of said section 4;
subject to a roadway easement over that part thereof lying within 30 feet
