CORRECTIVE WARRANTY DEED
THIS WARRANTY DEED made ~nd executed this Sth day of August, 1974,
by SAVINELLI GROVES, INC., a corporation existing under the laws of Florida,
and having its principal place of business at Fort Pierce, Florida, here-
inafter called the grantor, to ALFRED SAVINELLI, Trustee, whose post office
address is Nawley Road, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, hereinafter called the
grantee:

WITNESSETH: That~the grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of S~
510.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof is hereby ac-
knowledged, by these presents does grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, re-
lease, convey and confirm unto the grantee, all that certain land situate

North line of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, thence
run East 871 feet to the Point of Beginning. Less Canal and Road
