WHEREAS, fIRST NATIONAL CITY BANK, e national banking associa-
tion organized under the laws of the United States of America, is
now the owner and holder by assignment of the fiollowing mortgages
and the notes secured thereby, to-wit:
A mortgage deed, executed the 14th day of October,
1970, by Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc. to Continental
Mortgage Investors, a Massachusetts Business Tr~,st, securing ~

Mortgage Deed, dated October 4, 1972, amending the sum secured

Modifica*.ion of Mortgage Deed was recorded in Official Record
Book 207, Page 867, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, and as further amended by Mortgage Modifica-
tion and Extension Agreement, dated June 27, 1973 and recorded ;
in Official Record Book 216, Page 265, Public Records of St.
Lucie County, ~lorida; and
WHEREAS, Outdoor Resorts of America has requested First National
City Bank to release the property hereinafter described, being a
- part of the mortgaged premises, fram the lien and operation of said
mortgage;
