E3EING INDEBTED, for value received, the undersigned jointly f
a^c: severally promise to pay to the order of CCCIL T. CAMERON and '
DG~~.OTHY H. CA.hERON, his wife, at 151 Park Lane, Titusville, Florida,
` 32750, or at such other place designated, the principal sum of ELEVEN
; THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED FIFTY-NINE AND 24/100 DOLLARS ($11,559.24),
~ together with interest from date at the rate of eight per cent (8$)
~ per annum, payable as follows: Interest payable annually, the first
e payment of which shall be due and payable one year from date, and
~ subsequent interest payments each year thereafter. The entire principal
f balance shall be due and payable five E5) years from date.
~ THE MAKERS hereof reserve the right to'pay this entire
~ obligation, in whole or in part, at any time before maturity, without
~ penalty.
~ IF DEFAULT be made in the payment of any installment under this
note, and if such default is not made good within ten (10) days, the
~ entire principal sum and accrued interest shall at once become due and
~ payable without notice, at the option of the holder of this note.
~ Failure to exercise this option shall not constitute a waiver of the
~ right to exercise the same in the event of any subsequent default.
~ TEiE MAKERS and all persons now or hereafter liable for the payment
~ of this note hereby a_qree to waive demand, notice of non-payment and -
protest, and agree that in the event of default, the parties hereto . ~
hereby agree to pay all costs of collection, including a reasonable ~
attorney's fee. ~
