This matter having come before the Court upon the Motion of

Plaintiffs, RAYMOND D. PARKS. nRVILLE R. PARKS and RAY'S INN, INC.,
a Florida Corporation~ to compel the production of documents by the
Defendants and the Court having heard the argument of counsel and
having reviewed Paragraph 48 of the Lease Agreements which form the
subject matter of this litigation, it is thereunon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiffs' N,otion To Compel the
Winn Dixie Lease is denied on the grounds that the terms of Paragraph
~
~ 48 of the Lease Agreements involved herein by its wording, clearly~
F excludes the Winn Dixie Store from the provisions of the restrictive
~
~ covenant and it is further

~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiffs' Motion To Produce

~ the Neisner Depart~rent Store and the Gray Drug Store Lease is granted
~ and that the Defendants shall have fifteen (15) days in which to supply
