and LOU M. HATFIELD, his wife , Grantors,
and St. Lucie County, a political subdivision of the State
of Florida, Grantee:
W I T N E S S E T H: .
WHEREAS, GLEN BLACKBURi~1 TRUCRING, INC., under authority
_ given by Grantors has applied for a permit to mine sand from
- certain lands of Grantors in St. Lucie County, Florida, more
particnlarly described in Schedule "A", which is attached here- ~

to and by reference made a part hereof; and '

WHEREAS, Grantors have approved the proposed mining plan
submitted with said application; and
tVHEREAS, the Comprehensive Zoning Resolution of St. Lucie
County, Florida, requi.res posting of suitable security to assure
that sai_d plan will be completed as approved; - :

NOW,THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and
other good and valuable consideration, Grantors hereby grant,
bargain, sell, alien, remise, convey and confirm unto Grantee
all that cextain land of c,rhich Grantors are now seized and in
possession si.fuate in St. Lucie County, Florida, and more

particularly described in Schedule "A", which is attached here-
to and by reference made a part hereof.
P:tOVIDED, NOWEVER, tnat on comoliance vith each and ev2ry
of the provisions of the r!ining plan heretofore submitted to the
Board of County Co..issioners ior St. Lucie County, Fl~rida, as
th~ same pertains to the lands of Grantors more particularly
