GRANT OF SECURITY

This indenture, made and entered into this /y~~ day
of Mav , 1976, by and between J. D. MORGAN
and LILLIAN MORGAN, his wife , Grantors,
and St. Lucie County, a political subdivision of the State
,
of Florida, Grantee:
W I T N E S S E T H:
WHEREAS, GLENN BLACKBURN TRUCKING, INC., under authority
given by Grantors has applied for a permit to mine sand from
certain lands of Grantors in St. Lucie County, Florida, more
particularly described in Schedule "A", which is attached here-
to and by reference made a part hereof; and
WHEREAS, Grantors have approved the proposed mining plan
submitted with said application; and
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Zoning Resolution of St. Lucie
r County, Florida, requires posting of suitable security to assure ~

f that said plan will be completed as approved;
; NOW,THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises_and

` other good ~~valuable consideration, Grantors hereby grant,

~ bargain, sell, alien, remise, convey and confirm unto Grantee
~
~ all that certain .land of which Grantors are now seized and in
~ ~
~ possession situate in St. Lucie County, F~orida, and mo~e
~ particularly described in Schedule "A", which is attached here- '

~ to and by reference made a part hereof.

~ PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that on compliance with each and every

~ of the provisions of the r.iining plan heretofore submitted to the

~ Board of County Commissioners for St. Lucie County, Florida, as
the same pertains to the lands of Grantors more particularly
described in Schedule "A", the estate hereby created shall
