W I T N E S S E T H: ~
WHEREAS, GLEN BLACKBURN TRUCRING, INC., under authority
given by Grantors has applied for a permit to mine sand from
certain lands of Grantors in St. Lucie County, Florida, more
particularly described in Schedule "A", which is attached here- {
to and by reference made a part hereof; and
WHEREAS, Grantors have approved the proposed mining plan ~
submitted with said application; and
~~TE~iEREAS, the Comprehensive Zoning kesolution of_ St. Lucie ~
County, FZorida, requires posting of suitable security to assure

that said plan will be completed as approved; •
1~OW,THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and
other good and valuable consideration, Grantors hereby grant,
bargain, sell, alien, remise, convey and confirm unto Grantee
all that certain land of which Grantors are now seized and in
possession situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, and more
~ particularly described in Schedule "A", which is attached here-
to and by referen~e ;nade a part hereof.
PP.O~JIDED, HOFIEVER, that on compliance c•~ith each and every
of ~h~ provisions of the raining plan here~~fore submitted to the
Boarcl of County Com,-nissioners for St. Lucie Coun~y, Florida, as
the sam~ pertains to the lands of Grantors more particularly
