SEPARATION AND PROPERTY SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT S~~
This Separation and Property Settlement Aqreement made and entered
~ into this~ ay of August , jg~3, between KATHLEEN B. GARRETT,
wife, and LORIN H. GARRETT, husband;
W I T N E S S E T H: ~
WHEREAS, the parties are husband and wife and were married to each
other on May 10, 1963, in Ft. Pierce, Florida; and
WHEREAS, due to irreconcilable differences and disputes, the parties
have separated and are now livinq apart, and in view of their intention
to live apart for the rest of their natural lives, they desire to settle
their respective property rights; -
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutua2 covenants and pro- ~
mises hereinafter contained, the parties do agree as follows:
1. SEPARATION. The parties shall at all times hereafter continue
to live separate and apart, free from interference by each other. Each
party may reside at the place or places he or she:~may select.
2. ALIMONY. The husband shall pay to the wife as a lump sum_ali-
mor.v award the sum nf $12,-0~0_00 payable in the following ranner:;~

c. Said payments shall carry no interest.
3. INSURANCE. The husband shall be responsible for the wife's ,
insurance premium payments on her automobile and her Blue Cross and Blue ~

Shield Insurance for one year from date of entry of Final Judgment of
Dissolution of Marriage.
4. ATTORNEY'S FEES AND COSTS. The husband shall pay attorney's
fees and costs to Charles A. Sullivan in connection with the preparation
of this Property Settlement and Separation Agreement and for his repre-
sentation of the wife.in the amount of $350.00.
5. PROPERTY DIVISION AND MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS. '
a. The husband shall be responsible for all payments as they mature
on the wife's automobile presently in her possession and owned by her ~

in the approximate amount of $3,000.00. ~
b. The husband is presently the owner of four lots in Port St. #
Lucie and he agrees to quit-claim within ten (10) days from date of entry ~
