clear of all encumbrances_except for taxes.
6. MUTUAL RELEASE. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement,
each party releases the other from-all c3sims or demands up to the date
of the execution of this Agreement. Except as otherwise provided, each
party waives, releases and relinquishes all rights that he or she may now-
have or may hereafter acquire as the other party's spouse under the pre-
sent laws of any jurisdiction.
a. To elect to take against ~ny Will or Codicil of the other party
now or hereafter in force;,
b. To share in the other party's estate; and -

c. To act as executor or administrator of the other party's
estate. .
7. SUBSEQUENT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. Nothing contained in this
Agreement shall be construed to prevent either party from instituting
an action for dissolution of marriage in any competent jurisdiction a-
gainst the other because of any past or future fault on the other's
part, subject to the following:
a.' This Agreement may be offered in evidence by either party in
any action for dissolution of marriage and, if acceptable to the court,
shall be incorporated by reference in the judgment that may be rendered.
However, notwithstanding incorporation of the judgment, this Agreement
sha11 not be merged in it but shall survi v+e the judgment and be binding
on the parties for all time.
8. REPRESENTATIONS. The parties represent to each other;
a. Each party fully understands the provisions of this Agreement
freely and voluntarily intending to be bound by it,
b. Each of the parties hereto have made a full and complete dis-
closure to the other party of his or her current financial condition.
c. Each party understands and agrees that this Agreement consti-

tutes the entire contract of the parties and supersedes any prior under-
standings or agreements between them upon the subjects covered in this
Agreement.
