This cause came on to be heard before the Court for an Order ~
of Contempt in the above styled cause, and the Court, after hearing
the testimony presented and having the benefit of arguments of
counsel finds and determines:
That as of July 20, 1976 the husband is in arrears in the .~um
of Six Hundred Ten ($610.00) Dollars in child support payments.

A Petition for Modification of Final Judgment was filed before ~
this Court at the time of the contempt matter; however, said motion ~
does not relieve the former husband of his obligation as it now exists. i

~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the former wife, Mary E. Stewart, should
