Copies of the report ~vill be mailed to each such re- questing Series R bondholder ~vithin 10 da~~s after the report is filed with the Trustee. SECCio:v 12. Subject to Section 79 of the Indenture, and except as to the w~aiver of past defaults and their consequences, amendments and modifications of the Indenture and of this Twenty-Second Supple- mental Indenture ma~~ be entered into by the Company and the Trustees as follows: anv amendment or change affecting the bonds of Series R differentl~~ fmm the bonds of any other series may be effected with thc consent (in ~vriting or at a meeting called for the purpose) of holders i' of 66=~;b in principal amount of the bonds of Series R then outstanding, j' and any other amendment or change may be effected with the consent ; of the holders oE 66n~ in principal amount of the bonds of all series ~ then outstanding ( subject to the requirements of any other supple- ; mental indenh~res as to the rights of any particular series provided, ~ ho~~ever, that no such amendment or modification shall extend the ~ fired maturity of the bonds of Series R, or reduce the rate or extend ~ the date of payment of interest thereon, or reduce the principal amount ~ or redemption prices thereof, or permit the creation of any lien on the ; assets or propertv of the Company prior to the lien of the Indenture, ~ without the wTitten consent of the holder of each bond of Series R affected by such action. ~ ARTICLE II ~ ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS ~ SECno~ 13.
