S~cnoN 18. For any default by the Company in the covenants,
stipulations, promises and agrcements contained in this Twenty-Second
Suppiemental Indenture, or in any previous supptemental indenture, the
Tr~istees and the I~ondholclers shall ha~~e the same rights and remedies,
sul~ject to the same limitatiotls, as are pror•ided in the Original Indenture. ~
SecTTO` 19. The co~~enants and agreements herein contained shall
inure to the benefit of and be binding i~pon the res~ective successors and
assigns of the parties hereto. ~
S~ox 20. This T~~renty-Second Supplemental Indenture may be
simultaneously executed in anv number of counterparts, and all of these
coiinterparts ~~~hen executed shall each constitute an original and shall be
but one and the same instniment.
