Payment o~f Arrearages in Child Support; and the Husband's, DENNIS
LEE DIMINOVICH, Motion for Contempt and the Court having jurisdic»
tion in this cause, having heard argument of counsel, considered
the evidence entered, testimony taken and the file, and being other-
wise fully and well advised in the ~remises, it is,

ORDERED and ADJUDGED as f ollows:
' l. That the Final Judgtnent entered in this cause shall be and

~ the same is hereby modif ied as set forth in this Order and shall

~ remain in eff ect in all other respects;

~ 2. The Husband, DENNIS L. DIMINOVICH, ~all have summer custody
~
~ of the children of the fornner marriage, JEREMIAH and MIA, during the
~ -
~ month of August of each year during the time that LINDA GLAZE, the
~ wif e, lives further than 100 miles from the husband only. During
~ such period of Summer Custody the Wif e shall have the right to visit
~ said children upon reasonable notice and Husband shall not interf ere
~
~
~ with such visitations. During such Suirlner Custody, in the event of
~ ~
= accident, in~ury or illness, the parent having custody shall advise
~
` the other parent of such accident, injury or illness. The Husband {
~
- sha11 bear all travel costs and expenses relating to his visitations
~ and travel to and frot~ Wife's home for summer visitation for both
~
children.

~ 3. The Husband is, as of JuZy 8, 1976, 3 months in arrears in
