support which is currently due, within 10 days of the date of this t
Order. Al1 future child support payments shall be paid promptly
on the date due.
4, The marital residence now owned by both parties as tenants
in common shall be and it is hereby ordered to be placed on the ~
market and sold promptly upon receipt of a reasonable off er. In the
~ event said property be sold the proceeds of said sale shall be placed
in the trust account of an attorney of record in this cause pending
the outcome of a hearing on the division of Rental Payments received
by the Husband and not divided with the Wif e. This Court specifically
reserves ruling on such division of rental f ees.
S. The Husband's Motion for Contempt against the Wif e shall be
and the same is hereby denied.
6. Each party hereto shall and is hereby ordered to pay his
or her own attorney f ees and each shall bear his or her costs.
7. The Court has entered the rulings herein pertaining to
Custody of the children of the parties' foMner marriage, and visi-
tation thereof in the best interests and welfare of said children.
