and MARY I. BRINSTER, his wife, to WILLIAM J. FLEMING, recorded in
OR Book 235, Page I376, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, ~

promissory note, executed by WILLIAM J. FLEMZNG January 6, 1975, and ~

recorded in OR Book 235, Page 1377, of the Public Records of St. Lucie ~
County, Florida, under Clerk's Registry No. 299194. ;
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that all sale proceeds, including any
deferred payments evidenced by promissory notes and/or purchase money
