SUPPLEMENTARY FINAL JUDGMENT
This cause came on for final hear~ng the llth day of June,
1976, pursuant to jurisdiction retained by the Court in the Final
Judgment entered on May 20, 1976, and the Court having given full
consideration to all evidence. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
l. CUSTODY. The custody of JEFFREY BOGARD BROw'N, minor child
of the parties, is awarded to the Wife with reasonable visitation
rights reserved to the Husband. The Husband shall have the right
to have the child with him on the third weekend of each month from
3:00 P. M. on Friday until 7:00 P. M. on Sunday, provided~the
; Husband notify the Wife not later than 5:00 P. M. on the c+~ednesday
; preceeding the contemplated weekend visitation of his intention to
i
~ exercise the right to that weekend visitation. Provided further
~ that the child's physical condition is not such as would adversely
~
~ affect his health on any such weekend visitation. Should the chil~
~ be unable, due to sickness, to visit with his father on any stated
~
visitation then such visitation could be had on the next following
~
~ weekend. The Husband shall have the right.to have the child with
~
~
- him for a two week period each summer. 7f the parties cannot agree
i
~ upon such two week period between themselves then the summer
3 visitation shall be the last two weeks of August, commencing in 1976.

~ The Husband and Wife shall each, while the child is in their custody,
~
