during the course of trial upon ore tenus motion of the Plaintiff
for approval of a settlement on behalf of the minor.~laintiff,
THOMAS D. DAVISON, and the Court being informed of the positions
of the parties hereto and being otherwise fully advised in the ~
premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the recovery of the minor
Plaintiff, THOMAS D. DAVISON, of the sum of $2,500.00 in settle-
ment of his claims against the Defendants, GENERAL DEVELOPMENT
; CORPORATION and TRAVELER'S INSURANCE COMPANY, be and the same is ~
