by the Clerk filing the Certificate of Z'itle, or by Order of this
Court ruling upon objections to that sale, the Clerk shall make

_ distribution of the proceeds of that sale by paying:
(a) All costs and expenses of these proceedings subsequent
to the entry of this Amended Summary Final Judgement, including the
cost of publishing the Notice of Sale and the Clerk's fee ($15.00)
for making the sale, unless the Plaintiff, having already paid for
these two items of cost, shall be the purchaser at the sale, the cost.
of Federal and State documentary tax stamps affixed to the Certificate _
of Title and the fee hereinabove allowed to the attorney for the
Plaintiff.
(b) The total sum herein found to be due to the Plaintiff
less the attorney's fees mentioned in paragraph 7(a) hereto,
plus interest on_the unpaid principal specified in paragraph 2
hereof, at the rate prescribed in the note and mortgage from the
date of this Amended Judgment to the date~of the sale. '
8. If the total amount realized on the ~ale exceeds the total
~ of the sums ordered to be paid by paragraph 7 of this Amended Judgment, -

the Clerk shall disburse the surplus as this Court shall hereafter

~ direct;- and if the total amount realized shall not be sufficient to
f pay all of those sums, the Clerk shall pay first those specified in
~
~ paragraph 7(a) of this Amended Judgment and shall pay the balance

~ to the Plaintiff.

~ 9. Upon confirmation of the sale, whether by the Clerk filing

~ the Certificate of Title herein or by Order of the Court ruling upon ;
~ objections to the sale, the defendants, and any and all persons claiming .

~ by, through, or under the defendants, since the 16th day of
~ December, 1975, the date of the filing of Lis Pendens herein,
are forever barred and foreclosed of and from aZl right, title,

' interest- claim or demand of any kind or nature whatsoever in and
