20. Assignment of Renls; Appointment uf Receive~. As adJitional ucurity hereuRde~. Borrower hereby assigns to
Lende~ the rents of the Propcrty. provided that Borrowe~ shall, prior to acc~leration under paragraph 18 hereof or ahand~~n-
mr~t~of the Properry. have the right to collect and retain such rents as they becomc due and payable.

re:eive~ ap{x~inted by a court tu enter upon. take E+ossession of and m~nage the Properry and to roflect the rents of the

t~onJs and reasonable attorney's fees, and then to the sums s~~ured by this Mortgage. The receiver shall be liable to account
only for those rents actually received.
21. Future Ad~'ances. Upon rcyucst by Borrower, t_cnder, at l.endcr s option within twenty years from the datc of this •
~fortg:~gc, may make Future Advances to Borcower. Such Future Advances, with interest ihereon, shall tx seeured b}' this
:~fott~age when cvidenced by promissory notes stating that said ~otcs are secured iiereby. At no time shall the ptincipal
amount of the indebtedness secured by this blortgage, not including sums advanced in accordance herewith to protect ~he

22. Release. Upon payment of alt sums secured by this Mortgage. Lender shall release this Mortgage without charge
to Bortower. Borrower shall pay all costs of recordation, it any. ~
