The petition of BETTY F. CAI~BELL, respectfully shows:
1. Petitioner is the duly qualified and acting guardian of the property
and of the person of ARTHUR WILLIAM CAI~BELL and BARBARA DIANE CAMPBELL.
• 2. Said wards own a remainder interest in the following described

3. The Court entered its Order on June 3rd, 1975 authorizing the
encumbrance of the above described real property for $5,000.00. This mortgage
executed to First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Fort Pierce has
I been satisfied in O.R. Book 248, page 2124 of the public records of St. Lucie '
li County, Florida. ~

~ 4. Petitioner files herewith her accounting and alleges the need for

! Court supervision of this guardianship has terminated.

~ surety, Reliance Insurance Company, from further liabil ity and that this
~ ~uardianship be released from Judicial Supervision, except as provided for
