The undersigned, as personal representative of the
above estate alleges:
1. The decedent, Henry Y. Berridge, a resident of
St. Lucie County, Florida, died on the March 4, 1976, and
Letters of Administration were issued to Petitioner on
March 29, 1976. _

3. Petitioner has fully administered this estate, '

by making payment, settlement, or other dispostion of all ~

taxes, if any.
5. Petitioner has made or proposes to make distribu-
tion of the assets of this estate as set forth in the schedule
of distribution attached hereto as Exhibit A.
