PETITION FOR DISCHARGE ;
The undersiqned, as Personal Representative of the
above Estate alleges:
1. The Decedent, WILLIAM ANTHONY KENZIG, a resident
of St. Lucie County. Florida, died on January 15, 1976, and
Letters of Administration were issued to the Personal Representa-
tive on March S, 1976. The Personal Representative files
herewith a Waiver of Final Accounting and Service of Petition
- For Discharge and Consent To Discharge of Personal Representative
executed by JOSEPHINF. DELORES KENZIG as the sole beneficiary
of the Estate of taILLIAM ANTHONY KENZIG.
3. The Personal Representative has fully adininistered
the Estate by making payment, settlement or other disposition
~ of all claims and debts that were nresented and by payin~ or

~ making provision for the payment of all expenses of~administra-
~

~ tion.
` 4. The Personal Representative has filed all required
~ estate tax returns with the Internal Revenu~ Service and with
~
~
~ the Department of Revenue of the State of Florida and has obtained

~ and filed with this Court evidence of the satisfaction o£ the
~ '
~ estate's obligation for both Federal and Florida estate taxes ~
