ORDER OF MODIFICATION
This cause, coming on •to be heard upon the Petition for
Modification of TONY CRAWFORD EVANS, husband in this cause, pray-
ing for an Order to give him permanent care, custody, and control -
of the m2.nor children of the husband and of the wife, and after
~
hearing testimony of those parties present and argument of
counsel for husband, and receiving the Stipulation of the Parties,
and being otherwise fully advised in the premises,
The Court finds that it''has jurisdiction both of the subject
matter and of the parties to this cause;
~ It further finds that since the entry of the judgment in
~ -
~ this cause, the circumstances of the parties has changed substan-

~ tially;
~ It further finds that the husband is a fit person to have the
~
~ care, custody, and'control of the minor children, TIMMY JAY EVANS,
age 2, and TONY LEE EVANS, age l; It is, therefore,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Judgment of Divorce previously
g entered in this cause is modified as follows:
1. The husband herein shall forthwith have care, custody,

~ and control of the minor children, TIMMY JAY EVANS and TONY LEE

9 EVANS;

2. The wife shall have reasonable visitation rights with the ~

~ minor children in the custody of the husband; ,

~ 3. The husband shall be relieved of any further payments of '

~ child support through the Clerk of this Court; ~
