WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of Cou~
for St. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of
available from the State of Florida, Department of Juvenile Justice in form of a gr~
Mental Health Collaborative Program in the amount of $99,999.99.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County 3ommissioners to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissicners of St. Lucie County,
Florida, in meeting assembled this 10th day of July, 2001, pursuant to Section 1 !9.06 (d), Florida Statutes,
such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2000-01, and the County's ~udget is hereby amended
as follows:
