BEFORE ME, the undersiyned authority, personally appeared
ROLAND IIERGERON and PATT DERGERON, his wife, who first being duly
sworn by me depose and say:
1. That they ~re the Grantees in that certain Warranty
Deed dated i~iarch 10, 1975, recorded April 15, 1975, irt O.R. Book
238, Page 1502 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
wherein Raymond Bergeron ~nd Anqelina Bergeron, his wife conveyed
the following described real property to them:
Lot 16, Block 2 of SUNRISE HOMESITES SUBD:VISION
as Fer plat thereof on file in P1at Book 13 at
Page 14 of the Public Recorda of St. Lucie County,

2. That the said Warranty Deed contained an incorrect
legal de~cription of the property which was meant to be conveyed
in that said Warranty Deed mistakenly included the following
described parcel of real property: .
A triangular shaped parcel of the above-described
Lot 16 lyinq North of the fol2owing described line:
From the Southeast corner of Lot 17, elock 2 of
Sunriae Nomesites, as recorded in P1at Book 13,
P~ge 14~ St. Lucie County, Florida, run Northerly
along the East Line of Lot I7, 5 feet to the
point of beqinning: Thence run Westerly 133 feet,
more or less, to a point on the tvest line of Lot
16, ~lock 2, said point being 5 feet South of the
Northwest corner of said Lot 16.
Said parcel was not neank to be conveyed in the said Warr~nty Deed
e and ~_corrective h~'arranty Oeed has subsequently been recorded,
