MORTCAGE EXTENSION AGREEMENT
TNIS MORTGAGE EXTENSION AGREEMENT made and entered into
this ~ dxy of ~t.~. A. D. , 1976, by and between
JAMES~FIOWATY. o~ d by his wife Deborah J. Piowaty~ here-
inafter called Mortgagor, and E'1.ORINDIA FARMS CORPORATION, a
Fiorid~ corporation. hereinafter called Mor[gagee.
W I T N E S S E T H:
WHEREAS, Mortgagor cnade, entered and execu[ed to Mortgagee
a mor[ga&e dated September 16, 1974, for the original principal
sum of $337,365.00, all of which more fully appears in the
recorded capy of said mortgage as recorded in Official Records
Volume 23I, page 2881, of tt?e public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, on land situate in the county of St. Lucie and state
of Florida, more particu~arly described as follows:
NorGhwest 1/4 Section 15 Township 34 South, Range 39
East less canals and roads and excepting a one-acre
sq~are in t.he southeast corner, containing 149.94
acres more or less;

WHEREAS, Mortgagor and Mortgagee desire to extend the ~
aforesaid mortgase on the terms and conditions as hereinafter
contained:
NOW, THEREFORE, in considera[ion of the premises, it is
agreed by and between the parties hereto:

continue to be payable, at the place for payment of principal,
semi-annually on September 16 and on March 16 of each year until
saici mortQage is paid in full.
2. That the unpaid principal amoun[ of said mortgage
in the amount of $?87,365.00, with interest thereon paid to
;~larch lb. 1976, shall be payati~e at the office of Florindis
Farms Corporation, Fort Pierce, Florida, ar such other place as
~ the holder hereof shall 'specify in writing, as follows:
