option to foreclose, end such pay+~ents. with interest thereon f~om the date of payment
at the same rate as specified in that note, shall also De secured by thts Mortgage.
3. To tortmit. per~rit. or suffer no waste~ impairn:ent ~r deteriorbtion of
the mortgaged property.
4. To pay all expenses reasonably incurred by the Mortgagee betause of fail-
ure of the Mortgagor to canply with the agreements in that note or this Martgage. in-
cluding reasonaDle attorney's fees and title searches. The cost thereof, witl~ in-
