O R D E R
THIS MATTER ~coming on to be t~eard thi~a day upon petition
of BDDIE BOYD NARTSELL for mod~fication of final judc~nent and
for restraining or~er and/or enforcement of final judqment, and
motion for continuance thereon by LYNN H. NARTSELL LINDSEY, and
upon motion for contempt and other relief filed by EDDIE BOYD
HARTSELL; both parties having been before the Court with their
respective witnesses and their respective attorneys; the Court
having heard testimony and considered the evidence and being
fully advised in the premise~, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The motion for continuance as to modifica~ion of final
judgment and petition for restraining order and/or enforcement of
final judqment is granted, and counsel for LYNN 8. HARTSELL
LINDSEY shall have twenty (20) days from the date hereof to

° 2. EDDIE BOYD HARTSELL is to have the minor children of

~ the parties, £DDIE BOYD HARTSELL, JR. and RODNEY JAMES HARTSELL,

commencing 6:00 o'clock P.M. August i3, ~976 to August 29, 1976,
" in time for school registration. EDDIE BOYO NARTSELL is to pick
: up said children at the residence of the mother and has the riqht
to take said children with him to his residence autside the State
of Florida during the aforesaid time.
