for leave to sell the assets of the Estate in order to pay the

the assets af CI.EO ELIZAE~ETH ELLIS MOBLEY for the sums set out above
and to sign such docunents as are nec.essary as sole heir at law by
~ assignmrnt in erder to transfer t~tle to the items set out above;
