of payment of the various cla~ms so fnr as the asseta shall qo and
the said ASIOLEE BLLIS CASON shall be liable for the claims in the
Estate to the extent Af the assets hezein recited.
4. Upon proof of payment of claisns to the extent of the
assets herein, an Order will be ent~red closing the Estate.
