LOUISE fi. PLYMALE, to bz theirs in fee aimple absoluie,
to share and shdre a like, each to receive one-third '
remainder of thoae assets included within my esta te.
FOURTN: I herehy nominate, constitute and appoint my
daughter, LOLISE ti. PLYMALE, Executrix of this my Last
h•ill and Testa:nent, and I expressly confer upon hez as
~aici Ex~utrix, power t~ administer my estate, excusing
her from qiving any bond, or making any returns t~o the
Court . I expresa ly conf er upon her f ul l a uthority and power ~
to sell and convey any part of or all of my estate, at
public or private sale, with or without notice as she may
deem best, and without any Order of Court. I authoriae her
to r.?ake good and sufficient conveyan~es to any purchaser,
and i further hereby expr~ssly confer upon h,er the authori~y
and power to borrow money for the use of my said estate,
in any instance where she may think it necessary and proper,
and to secure the same by mortc~aqe, trust deed, or other
