tha[ there are no probatable asssets in the foregoing estate, all F
assets of the decedent being held jointly with the surv~.ving
spouse. There being no further purpose for probating this
estate, it is therefore,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the personal representative is
herehy discharged.
