THIS CAUSE came on to b~ heard the 9th day of August,
1976, on [he Wife's Motion to amend the Final Judgment of Dis-
solution of Marriage entered by this Court on April 17, 1975, and
the Husband being present, and the Wife being present and ~h~ Court
having heard the evidencQ and the arguments in [he cause, it is,
hereby, .

mitted t~ remove Che children fram the ~resence of the Wife and
shall be ~llowed_visitatfon rights only at the Wife's place of
residence and at times convenient to thp parties.
ORDERED AND AD3UDGED that a[ such time as the Husband
is able [o post a bond in~the amount of $10,00Q, he shall be per-
mitted to exercise visitation righ[s as set forth in the original
Cour[ Order. •
~ IT IS FURTNER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that in the event the

~ Husbanu successfully posts the aforementioned bond, tha[ he shall

~ under no circumstances be permit[ed to remove the children from the

- presence of the mother withaut providing her with the telephone
~ numb~r and addresses at which the childzen will be at all times

while in the custodv of the father.
