the Husband and a previous restrainin~ order having been entered
by the Court restraining either ~arty from molcysting, annr~ying,
harrassinq, interfering with, physically abusinq each other, or

~nd the parties having announced certain a7reements at the
~~mmencement of this hearin~ incl~ding the fact that the Wife
could cnntinue ta reside at the home of the parties during the
