This matter cominq on to be heard th~ 13th day of August,
1976, upon the Wife's Motion for an Order of Contempt, and the
Husband havinq a~~eared pro se, and the Wife havinq appeared
throuqh counsel, and the Court having heard argur.~ent, reviewed
the file and otherwise being advised in the ~remises, finds as
follows:
1. The Nusband, Jatin Giesle}~ White, is in arrears in the ~
payment of child support as af Auqust 13, 1976, in the amount of
5118.50.
2. That his failure to pa}~ child sup~ort is detercrined to be
an c•rror on his ~~art, and was neither wilful nor intentional
rni sconduct .
3. That the Wife is entitled to c~sts and her attorney
; is entitled to a reasonable :ee for his services.
