option of the party of the first part, become and be due and pay-
able, anything in said Agreement or herein to the contrary notwith-
standing. Failure by the party of Che first part to exercise any
of the rights or option8 herein provided sha11 not constitute a
waiver of any rights or optf.ons under this Agreement accrued or
thereafter a~~ruing.
Eacti maker, surety and endorser hereof, 3ointlq and severally~
waives demand, presentment, protest and notice of protest for non-
payment and further agrees to any extensian of time of payment ,
either before or after maturity, without notice to_ any of us; and
to pay all costs of collection, including a reasonable attorney's
fee in the event of any default hereunder. ~
IT IS MUTUALLY AGREED, by and between the parties hereto, that
the time of payment sha12 be an essential part of this contract,
and that all covenants and agreements herein contained shall egtend
to and be obligatory upon the successors, heirs, executors, admin-
istrator and assigns of the respective parties.
IT IS COVENANTED by the party of the first part that subject
property does not constitute his homestead.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties to these presents have here-
