j finds and determins: This Court has jurisdiction of the pauc~ies and

~ is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon

2. The SepaYation Agreement dated 1976
,is hereby incorporated heYein by refexence and the pa~rties are ordered `
f to comply with the pYOVisions thereof; which provides, inter alia, ~

~ support for the minor child, to-wit; the husba?nd shall pay $25.00 per
week alnd that the said support s6a11 be made to the CleYk of this Court ~

and by him remitted promptly to. CONSTANCB WILLIAMS SMITH. In addition
t6eze is hereby assessed the sum of $1.00 as statutory costs to be adde
~ to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be nade in cash,
money order or cashier's check. Both of the panties are ordezed to kee
the Clerk of t6is CoaYt advised of their mailing addresses at all tiaes
while this Order is in effect.
