PETITION FOR DISCHAR6E
The undersigned, as personal representative of the above
Estate, alleges:
~ l. The decedent, A. R. KERR, a resident of St. Lucie
County, Florida, died on December 15, 1974, and Letters Testa-
mentary were issued to Petitioner on January 7, 1975.
2. Petitioner files herewith a wa.iver of accounting by
_ the sole beneficiary of thie Estate. -
3. Petitioner has fully administered this Estate, by
making payment, settlement, or other disposition of all claims #

and debts that were presented, and by paying or making provision
.
for the a e
p ym nt of all expenses of administration.
4. Petitioner has filed all required Estate tax returYts
with the Internal Revenue Service and with the Department of
Revenue of the State of Florida, and although evidence of the
satisfaction of this Estate's obligations for said taxes has not
been received, Petitioner has paid said taxes as is evidenced by
~ Department of the Treasury letter dated August 26, 1975 acce tin

~ Treas~ry Bonds for the payment of Estate taxes attached hereto as

~ Exhibit A, and Petitioner has provided for the payment of any
