LAST WILL AND TESTAMSNT

EVE SALISBURY
I, EVE SALISBURY, a citizen and reaident of St. Lucie Covnty,
Florida, being of-sound and disposing mind and memory, do hereby re- -
voke and annul any and all wills and codicils thereto by me at any
time heretofore made, and do hereby make, publish and declare this
instrument to be my Last Will and Testament.
I. .
I will and direct that all of my ~ust debts, funeral expenses
and expenses of my last illness be paid as soon as practicable"after
my death.

I hereby give, bequeath and devise to mq beloved son, LESTER
NILES-SALISBURY, provided he survives me, all of my household furni-
ture and furnishings, books,-pictures, jewelry, watches, wearing ap-
parel. family stores and all other articles of household and personal
~ use or ornamentation of which I may die possessed, including any pri-
vately owned automobile or automobiles which I may own at the time of
my death.

~ All of the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, including

~ any property over which I have a power of appointment, and all real,
~ ~
~ and other personal and intangible property, of whatever kind, char-
acter and description, and wheresoever situated, I give, bequeath
and devise to my beloved son, LESTER NILES SALISBURY o~ 375 E. Market, ~
~ Hellam, Pennsylvania.

I have it~.tentionally left no bequest, gift or devise to my sons
; RICHARD SALISBURY and MICHAEL SALISBURY for reasons best known to
~ them, and_their exclusion from this my last will and testament is

~ not due to an oversight on my part; but that it is my express inten-

tion to exclude them from this my last will and testament.
