the co-personal representatives of this my last will and teatament.
I direct that my pereonal representatives or any substitute or suc-
cessor personal representative shall not,be required to post bond
or other securitq for the faithful performance of its duties hereunder.

I hereby give and grant unto my personal representative or any
substitute_or successor personal representative full right and power
to hold, manage, invest, reinvest, sell, convey, mortgage, pledge
and lease all or any portion of any property. whether real, pe~sonal
or miaed, tangible or intangible, wherever situated, of which I may
die seized or possessed, and i further give and grant to my personal
representative or any substitute or successor personal representative
the right to otherwise dispose of the assets of mq estate at public
or private sale and upon such terms or conditions as she or he may
see fit, and the further right to make, execute and deliver any and
all contracts, options, deeds or other in,struments carrying out the
authority her.ein given as she or he maq deem necessary or proper for
the convenient and advantageous management and settlement of my
estate, and she or he may make distribution either in cash or in
kind, without regard for any law or statute limiting the powers of
