ORDER APPOINTING GUARDIAN
The Petition of DOROTHY J. BAUM, for the appointment
of a quardian of the person and property of Michael J. Baum,
coming on this day to be heard; and it appearinq to the
Court that said person is incompetent because of minority,
that said person awns no property, real or personal, in Florida,
but that it is necessary for a quardian to be appoiated; and
the Court having jurisdiction and being fully advfsed;
IT IS ORDERI3D AND ADJ[JDGED that DOROTHY J. BAUM, be and
she is hereby appointed as guardian of the person and property
of Michael J. Baum, Incaanpetent, because of minority and that
upon taking the required oath and qivinq the required bond
in the am,ount of OO~ payab_le to the Governor of
the State of Florida, and to his successors in office and
conditioned to perform faitlifully all her duties as guardian
accordinq to law, Letters of Guardianship will issue to the •
said DOROTHY J. BAUM, as guardian aforesaid.
