that said person owns no property, real or personal, in Florida,
but that it is necessary for a guardian to be appointed; and
the Court having jurisdiction and beinq fully advisedt

she is hereby appointed as quardian of the person and property
of John J. Baum, Incompetent, because o~ minority and tha~`
upon takinq the required oath and givinq the required bond
