T'his proceedinq was heard on the Petition for Discharqe of the
Personal Representative of~the estate of Margaret Irene Hardy, dec~ased,
and the Court finding that there are no assets in~said estate to be
distributed, that the clai~n of Baird Funeral Home filed in said estate
has not been paid because of lack of funds with which to so do but that
said claim is now barred by the statute of limitations, and that the Personal
Representative should be discharqed. It is therefore
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that: '
l. The Petftion for Discharge of the Personal Representative is
hereby approved and the Personal Representative is hereby discharged.
2. That American Fire and Casualty Company, surety on the
Personal• Representative's bond is released €rom further liability on it.
3. The estate is declared to be fully administered and is closed.
ORDERED at Ft. Pierce, Florida this 3 ~ day of Auqust, 1976.
