On petition of ANNIE LUCILLE METZGER BAILEY for s~mmnary admin- ~
~istration of the estate of HENRY N. BAILEY, deceased, the Court
finding that the decedent died on the 17th day of Februarq, 1972;
that all interested parties have been served proper notice of this
hearing, or--have waived notice thereof, that the material allega- ~
tions of the petition are true; and that an order of administration
should be entered; it is
ADJUDGED that there be imonediate distribution of the assets of
the decedent as follows: an undivided one-eighth (1/8th) intereat
in and to the following described real property situate, lying, and
~ being in St. Lucie Covnty, Florida, to wit:
Lot 3, Morgan Subdivision, according to the plat thereof as
i recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 35, and the north five (5) feet ~
~ of vacated alley ad~acent on the south, of the Public Records
~ of St. Lucie County, Florida.
~ to be distributed to the sole beneficiary and surviving spouse of
