Florida 33452, died on July 29, 1976 at Fa~t Pierce l~emorial
Hospital, Fort Pierce, Florida, and at the time of death decedeat
was dmaiciled in St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. So far as is knawn, the n,ames of the beneficiaries
of this estate, their addresses and relationships to deced~ent,
and the aqes of any who are minors, are:
