The Petition.of Roy R. Naqel aB the personal representa-
tive of the eatate of the above-described decedent respectfully
showsz '
1. Richard G. Naqel died testate a resident of St. Luci
County, Florida, on May 14, 1975. His Last Will and Testament
dated June 7, 1974 was admitted to probate and Letters of
Administration were issued to Petitioner on July 15, 1975.
2. Petitioner has fully administered the estate, has
made payment, settlement or other disposition of aZl claims and
; debts that were presented and has paid or made grovisions for
the payment of all expensea of adminietratioa.

~ 3. Petitioner has filed all required estate tax returns

` with the federal qovernment.and with the State of Florida, and
~ has obtai.ned and filed with this court evidence of the satis--
i
~ faction of this estate's obliqation to both the United States of
America and with the State of Florida for thoee taxes.
4. Petitioner proposes distribution of the assets of
~ this estate in the following manner:
~ A. Al1 cash proceeds and all proceeds from that

~ certain mortgage from Peter Esser and Jean

I ~ Esser to the deceased, shall be distributed
! equally between all beneficiaries.

a B. All future proceeds from said mortgage shall be
