and Route #2~ Bowen, Illinois. respectively, are entitled to
preference in appointment as personal representat~.ves because
it is designated as personal representatives in the Last Will _
~nd Testament of the decedent.
6. The nature and approximate value of the assets in
this estate are va~fous---etocks, cash in the bank and personal
property having a total value of approximatelq $300,000.00.
7. Petitioners are unaware of any unrevoked Will or
codicil of decedent other than as-set forth in-Paragraph 8. -

Petitioners request that the decedent's Last Will be
admitted to probate and that MARTNA P. STEPHENS and COURTNEY P.
STEPHENS be appointed personal representatives of~the estate of l~
